Today is day 1 of the road trip. I’ll be sharing some fun details along the way here on my blog, as well as some photos on jkeesh.tumblr.com, but mainly, you should follow Karel at karelthedog.com and @KarelTheDog on twitter for the latest updates. Karel and I will be travelling around the country, seeing the sites, and running workshops at schools.

The day started in San Francisco, where we stopped by Dolores Park to get a few pictures of karel, and then headed out. Took the five south with a short gas stop in the Middle of Nowhere, California. I’m staying with a few friends, and headed to an empty New Orleans-style restaurant, and then a pool/shuffleboard bar and a late-nite diner. Trip off to a good start!
