Today we had breakfast at Ma Fishers diner in Milwaukee with my friend, and then we headed out towards Des Moines. This was quite a long drive and took us most of the day. We ended up staying outside of Des Moines a bit, but got a chance to walk by the Iowa State Capitol building which was surprisingly cool. Otherwise the city was pretty quiet. We had dinner in a american place called Quentons in the East Village. We were the only people in the restaurant, or maybe there was one other group.
