I started earlier today in Little Rock. I drove a few hours east to get to Hughes, AR, where I ran an after school workshop with about 20-25 students. It was an optional workshop, but a number of students came and a few teachers participated. The workshop was a great success, and it was clear that they don’t normally get visitors to Hughes. Everyone was very quiet during the workshop, which means it was very engaging. Thanks to Hughes High School for having me. I continued on afterwards to drive to Yazoo City, MS where I’ll be running some workshops tomorrow.
